This is a portrait I did of my mother a few years ago. I painted it in a timespan of one and a half hour.
A few years ago I spend some time painting copies of old master paintings at the Prado museum in Madrid, Spain. This painting is a study after Van Dyck.

This is one of my first water-colour attempt of a shallow pool of water with rocks. I was having a really good time painting it, but had to stop before I finished it because of the change of light. Even though unfinished, I still liked it for what it was and decided to keep it. I did this painting in Puerto Varas, Chile.
This is a water-colour I did in Chile. I was going camping with a friend of mine and to get to the spot that we were going we had to hitchhike for a while. This water-colour is done during the time that we were waiting for a ride. It’s painted in a region called “El Cajon del Maipo”.

Here is a fragment of one of my earlier posts. A water-colour that I did in Chile of a beautiful fountain that was just outside of my appartment in the centre of Santiago.
Water-colour I did in the south of Chile, in a place called Puerto Varas. The vulcano that you see on the water-coulor is the vulcano Osorno, one of tree vulcanos that surround the lake Llanquihue. The inspiration for this water-colour was the wooden fence in the foreground, I found that the dried wood had some stunning colores in this light.
